Affordable Learning: To provide affordable ICT accredited courses and training. This will entail partnering with an ISETT accredited training centre. Revenue generated from these training facilities will fund the maintenance and running of the Centre To promote basic and advanced computer education. Affordable Access: Committed to ensuring that by the year 2010 every learner/citizen in the Ekurhuleni will have an e-mail address. This is an enormous task, we are aware, but we are confident that through appropriate forward thinking and innovative strategies such as these, we are guaranteed success.” To provide Network Access with affordable access to Internet, Email and Faxing facilities. The CTC will be available for the convenience of the community, i.e. in the evenings, on weekends and school holidays for learners. Revenue generated from these training facilities will fund the maintenance and running of the CTC. |
